Having our entire LiquiDonate team together in person is energizing, productive, exhausting, and, of course, fun! These moments mean everything to me as a founder—a chance to step away from the screens, catch up and chat off Slack, and really feel connected as a team and culture.
This onsite was a turning point for us– not because we changed direction, but because we sharpened our focus and leveled up how we execute. After days of filling whiteboards, digging into market numbers, and pushing each other with tough questions, we came out with a stronger, more unified plan to win our market.
One major highlight: we took what we learned from our events work and solidified our scalable Flat-Rate Box Method– a streamlined, accessible way for event planners to ship donations of leftover materials and products directly to nonprofits without requiring on-the-ground coordination. It’s simple, cost-effective, and ready to scale.
