Home Delivery World USA is the event for e-commerce logistics, bringing together brands, 3PLs, and solution providers like LiquiDonate. In a fast-evolving landscape, it’s important for those involved in supply chain logistics to stay ahead of the market and keep up with the latest technologies and services to meet their present and future needs.
The Conference

The conference hosted 250+ expert speakers offering insights on everything from AI-powered logistics to sustainable supply chain strategies. These speaker sessions brought visibility to one of the hottest topics in logistics today: how can we make supply chains more efficient and sustainable without compromising on costs? The LiquiDonate team had many conversations in the Startup Zone with brands who are seeking a new disposition outcome to add to their decision-making process. By using our solutions to make donations automatic, unsellable inventory - that is returns, damage, aging stock, excess, or leftovers - find a new home that is not landfill or incineration.
Renee Barker, Director of Circularity at LiquiDonate, moderated one session to discuss the future of sustainability in retail, including better forecasting for less waste, staying ahead of legislation, and how brands can get started on their sustainability journey. Insights were shared from these sustainability leaders:
- Stephanie Werner, QVC
- Kimberly Umbenhauer Smith, S&S Activewear
- Amrita Bhasin, Sotira
In addition to the moderated session, LiquiDonate entered the first-ever HDW Startup Pitch Competition to showcase our returns solution, warehouse solution, and API integrations. Solving the problem of excess inventory hit home - we came out on top as the winner for the 2025 Home Delivery World InnoVention Challenge! As part of the win, Renee was given a very cool cowboy hat which she'll wear to next year's meeting.

Donate From Anywhere
In addition to reusable coffee cups, our booth featured a donation bin so that we could send any leftover swag or conference items to our local nonprofit partners. As we packed up our booth, we of were delighted to see vendors and event organizers contribute. The post-event donations totaled over 200 pounds of local impact in the Nashville community!
See you next year at HDW 2026!
