We’re excited to announce a new upgrade to our FedEx integration that makes returns easier than ever: Customers can now schedule a FedEx pickup directly from their home during the return process.

This enhancement eliminates the need to visit a drop-off location or wait in line - creating a smoother, more convenient returns experience.

What’s New in the FedEx Return Integration

Previously, customers using LiquiDonate-powered return flows could generate a FedEx label as part of the return process. Now, with our latest release, they can also:

  • Schedule a FedEx home pickup during the return flow
  • Select a pickup date and time that works for their schedule
  • Hand off the package from their doorstep - no drop-off required

This new feature is fully integrated into the return flow and requires no additional work from retailers.

How FedEx Home Pickup Works

  1. A customer initiates a return through your store’s return portal.
  2. They receive a FedEx shipping label via email.
  3. They’re prompted to schedule a FedEx pickup from home.
  4. After selecting their preferred time, a FedEx driver arrives and picks up the package - no extra steps required.

Retailers don’t need to make any manual changes - pickup options are handled directly through the integration.
