Details

This policy applies only to our returns software, not our warehouse solution
“Your shipping costs” refers to the average per-item label costs associated with the physical transportation of customer returns back to your warehouse; it does not include handling fees
Items for basis of fees must be comparable in weight, within .25 pounds of each other (For example, we can not compare shipping costs of a dresser and a t-shirt)
To be eligible for reimbursement, you must provide a copy of your label bill prior to using LiquiDonate, broken down by item and cost category
If the percent difference between the two bills is any less than 10% (9.99% or lower) and you would like to discontinue LiquiDonate’s services, our fees will be null or reimbursed, including the onboarding and per-item fees.
If the percent difference between the two bills is any less than 10% and you would like to keep using LiquiDonate, no fees will be reimbursed and you can continue to get incredible cost savings from reduced shipping distances!

How long does it take to set up LiquiDonate?

Since we integrate with most RMS and WMS softwares (and have our own Shopify app!) it’s a very quick and easy process. After one onboarding call with our customer support team, you should be all set to automatically route your select SKU’s locally, seeing shipping distances drop immediately.

Will you really reimburse us if it’s not cheaper?

Yes! We will! You just have to show proof of average shipping label costs for returns for the previous month and if ours can’t beat it, we’ll pay you the difference.

What if the shipping label costs are only 5% cheaper?

If the LiquiDonate average shipping label costs (for comparable items) are cheaper but not more than 10% and you want to discontinue service with us, we will reimburse you LiquiDonate’s fees and onboarding fees. If you want to continue services with us, the fees are not reimbursable and we invite you to continue watching your costs drop as more returns are added.
